If you like fine furniture, you’ve probably always had your eye on a highboy chest of drawers. This one is a repro, but the design is classic. The break in the top is known as a broken arch. The ornaments at the top are known as finials, and they’re removable. The legs are cabriole and the feet are ball and claw, making it Chippendale. If this didn’t have a chest on top it would be known as a lowboy.
